Conference Fees

Conference registration fee included: all sessions, lunch and non-alcoholic beverages during the breaks and networking session.

	IMA Members- $99.00 Non-members - $114.00 Students (with a valid student ID card) - $40.00
NORMAL ~ April 1, 2011 - April 21, 2011
	IMA Members- $115.00 Non-members - $130.00 Students (with a valid student ID card) - $40.00
LAST MINUTE ~ After April 21, 2011
	IMA Members - $135.00 Non-members- $150.00 Students (with a valid student ID card) - $50.00

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing and received prior to April 22, 2011, in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be emailed to Jimmie Smith. IMA is not responsible for delayed email or incorrectly addressed correspondence. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the Conference. If for any reason you must cancel your Conference registration, please remember to cancel your hotel accommodations. IMA reserves the right to cancel sessions if minimum registration numbers are not met. Attendees will have the option to attend other sessions in the same time period. IMA reserves the right to cancel this conference if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred.
